Refund, Cancellation & Usage Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a booking with PMWANIWIFI. This page outlines our booking, refund, delivery, device handling, and service usage terms.

At PMWANIWIFI, we strive to provide reliable WiFi device rental services. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Non-Refundable Charges

  • The Delivery & Installation fee of ₹354/- (inclusive of GST) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • The Booking Amount is non-refundable once paid.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings can be cancelled only within 3 hours of payment.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after 3 hours.
  • Bookings will automatically expire if the Security Deposit is not paid within 7 days.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable Security Deposit of ₹1,250 to ₹2,500 + 18% GST is mandatory.
  • Device delivery will be processed only after deposit verification.
  • The deposit is subject to deductions for damage, misuse, or policy violations.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery will be processed only after successful payment verification.
  • All delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.

6. Monthly Rental Charges

  • Monthly rental ranges from ₹75 to ₹1,999 + 18% GST depending on plan and usage.
  • Final pricing details will be communicated by PMWANIWIFI.

7. Replacement Policy

  • Devices include a 6-month replacement guarantee (manufacturing defects only).
  • Replacement charge: ₹234.82/- (inclusive of GST).
  • Physical damage or misuse is not covered.

8. Usage & Liability

  • PMWANIWIFI is NOT an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Internet speed depends on the telecom operator.
  • RIPL is not responsible for network-related issues.

9. Suspension & Termination

  • Services may be suspended with 24-hour notice in case of misuse.
  • Immediate suspension may occur for illegal activities.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are fully responsible for device and service usage.
  • Any misuse or illegal activity is solely the customer's liability.
  • PMWANIWIFI holds no responsibility for customer actions.

11. Device Handling

  • Devices must not be tampered, modified, sublet, or transferred without written consent.
  • Violations may result in service termination and deposit forfeiture.

12. Loss or Damage

  • Loss or damage due to negligence will result in full deposit forfeiture.
  • Additional recovery charges (up to device MRP) may apply.

13. False Information

  • Providing false booking details will result in cancellation without refund.

14. Chargebacks

  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be legally contested by PMWANIWIFI.

15. Policy Changes

  • PMWANIWIFI may update pricing and terms with 15 days prior notice.
  • Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

16. Force Majeure

  • PMWANIWIFI is not liable for delays due to:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Network outages
